At Tér Nyugodt Ritmusa, operated by KHBL Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may have the right to return it in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

You may simply send us a clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, including your order number and the details of the product you wish to return.
2. Returning the Product
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the product back to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal decision to us.
The product should be returned in appropriate packaging to protect it during transportation.
Because our products are handmade and may be fragile, we strongly recommend using secure and protective packaging when returning a product.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If you return a product because you have simply changed your mind or no longer wish to keep it, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
The original standard delivery cost paid when placing the order will be refunded, subject to applicable law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.
If the return is necessary because the product was delivered damaged, defective, or does not conform to the order, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.
4. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
However, you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
As our products are handmade and often fragile, please take reasonable care when handling and repackaging them.
Where possible, please return the product with its original packaging and all included accessories. The absence of original packaging does not, by itself, affect your statutory rights.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will generally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
We will not charge you any additional fee for processing the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the condition of the packaging and the product.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer you:
• a replacement product; or
• a full refund.
If a product needs to be returned because it was damaged or defective, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected by this policy.
7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request cancellation of your order at any time before the order has been shipped.
If you cancel your order before shipment, we will provide a full refund, including the delivery charge paid for the order.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may exercise your applicable statutory right of withdrawal by following the return procedure described above.
8. Handmade Products
Our vases are individually handmade in Hungary using materials including stone, glass, and metal.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in appearance, texture, colour, surface, or other characteristics may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Each piece is intended to be unique.
9. Products Purchased Outside the European Union
For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, including Ukraine, any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Your mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.
