These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and the purchase of products through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our online store.

In these Terms, we may refer to KHBL Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság as "we", "us", or "our".
Customers may be referred to as "you" or "your".
2. Our Products
Tér Nyugodt Ritmusa offers unique handmade vases produced in Hungary.
Our products are handmade using materials including stone, glass, and metal. Each vase is individually crafted and may have its own natural characteristics, textures, colours, patterns, and minor variations.
Because each product is handmade, no two pieces may be exactly identical. Such variations are part of the character and uniqueness of our products and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
All products offered through our online store are already manufactured and available for purchase. We do not manufacture products according to individual customer orders or specifications.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, and other technical factors.
The actual appearance of a handmade product may also vary slightly from photographs because of the materials and handmade production process.
Such differences do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Because our products are unique handmade pieces, individual products may only be available in limited quantities.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order due to an unexpected circumstance, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable product.
5. Prices
All prices displayed in our online store are shown in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market.
For customers in Hungary, prices are displayed in Hungarian forints (HUF).
For customers in the European Union, prices are displayed in euros (EUR).
For customers in Ukraine, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT.
Delivery charges are displayed separately during the ordering process.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by us.
6. Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices and product information displayed on our website are accurate.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error.
If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing error, we may contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.
If you do not wish to proceed, the order may be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded.
7. Placing an Order
To place an order, you must provide the information required during the checkout process.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery information, and total price.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. The order will be processed in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
8. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
We do not accept payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
The payment methods available to you will be displayed during the checkout process.
You must provide valid payment information and authorize the payment for your order.
If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may be unable to complete or ship your order.
9. Delivery
We currently offer delivery to:
• Hungary;
• countries within the European Union;
• Ukraine.
Delivery charges are:
• Hungary: 6,000 HUF;
• European Union: 18,000 HUF, converted into EUR at checkout;
• Ukraine: 18,000 HUF, converted into USD at checkout.
Orders with a total value of 500,000 HUF or more qualify for free delivery.
The applicable delivery price and currency will be shown during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are:
• Hungary: up to 3 days;
• European Union: approximately 5–14 days;
• Ukraine: approximately 5–14 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery is carried out directly by our store.
We currently do not provide tracking numbers for deliveries.
10. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, applicable taxes are included in the product prices unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries to Ukraine, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
Such charges are outside our control and may vary depending on the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
11. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order before the order has been shipped.
If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund, including the delivery charge paid for the order.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you may still have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Returns and Refunds
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
13. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us understand the condition of the product.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Where a return is required because the product was damaged or defective, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
14. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or otherwise limit any mandatory rights provided to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where applicable, you may have statutory rights relating to withdrawal, conformity of goods, defects, guarantees, warranties, refunds, repairs, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
These rights apply regardless of any additional terms contained in this document.
15. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
You must not:
• use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• interfere with the website's operation;
• introduce malicious software or harmful code;
• copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of our online store, including photographs, product images, text, logos, graphics, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights in our photographs, designs, website content, or other materials.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our online store available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government actions, transportation disruptions, major technical failures, strikes, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and find an appropriate solution.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in force at the time your order is accepted.
The latest version will be published on our website together with the date of the latest update.
