At Tér Nyugodt Ritmusa, we carefully prepare every order for delivery. All of our vases are handmade in Hungary and are packed with care to help ensure they arrive safely.
We currently offer delivery to Hungary, countries within the European Union, and Ukraine.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
• Hungary
• European Union member states
• Ukraine
We do not currently offer delivery to countries outside these destinations.
2. Shipping Costs
The standard delivery fees are:
Hungary
6,000 HUF
European Union
18,000 HUF, converted and displayed in EUR at checkout.
Ukraine
18,000 HUF, converted and displayed in USD at checkout.
The final delivery charge applicable to your order will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Free Delivery
Orders with a total value of 500,000 HUF or more qualify for free delivery.
Free delivery applies to orders delivered to:
• Hungary;
• European Union member states;
• Ukraine.
The order value is determined based on the final value of the products in the order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
• Hungary: up to 3 days;
• European Union: approximately 5–14 days;
• Ukraine: approximately 5–14 days.
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including transportation delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered directly by Tér Nyugodt Ritmusa.
We currently do not provide tracking numbers for deliveries.
We will use the delivery information provided by you at checkout to arrange delivery of your order.
Please ensure that your name, delivery address, telephone number, and other contact information are accurate and complete.
We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Handmade and Fragile Products
Our vases are handmade using materials such as stone, glass, and metal.
Because some of our products are fragile, we take reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders for delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the condition of the package and the product.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
If the product was damaged during delivery, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product where a return is required.
7. Delivery to Ukraine
For deliveries to Ukraine, the standard delivery charge is 18,000 HUF, converted and displayed in USD at checkout.
The customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by Ukrainian authorities.
Such charges are not included in our delivery fee unless expressly stated otherwise and are outside our control.
Customs procedures may also affect the estimated delivery time.
8. Delivery within the European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, the standard delivery charge is 18,000 HUF, converted and displayed in EUR at checkout.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 5–14 days.
For deliveries within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in our product prices unless otherwise stated.
9. Delivery to Hungary
For deliveries within Hungary, the standard delivery charge is 6,000 HUF.
The estimated delivery time is up to 3 days.
Orders with a total value of 500,000 HUF or more qualify for free delivery.
10. Order Processing
We process orders after successful payment.
As our products are already manufactured and available for purchase, we do not require additional manufacturing time after an order has been placed.
The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and prepared for delivery.
11. Incorrect Delivery Information
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and this results in a failed delivery or additional delivery costs, you may be responsible for the additional costs incurred.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
